Delivery fees and estimated timelines are shown at checkout before you pay. Within Nigeria we apply a same-state and other-states rate; international orders are quoted by zone in your currency.

Ready-to-wear typically dispatches within a few business days. Made-to-measure is produced after your measurements are confirmed — the lead time is shown on the product page.

Ready-to-wear may be returned within the window stated at purchase, unworn and with tags, in its original condition. Start a return by emailing studio@mellaafrica.com with your order number.

Made-to-measure pieces are produced to your measurements and are non-returnable except in the case of a fault or an error on our part. Please measure carefully using the on-page guide before ordering.

If something arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
