What we collect
Account details (name, email), order and delivery information, measurements you submit for made-to-measure, and basic usage data. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider (Paystack) — we don’t see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To process orders and payouts, arrange delivery, provide support, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send you the house dispatch. We never sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: the designer/atelier making your piece, delivery partners, our payment processor, and email/hosting providers — each handling data on our behalf.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email studio@mellaafrica.com and we’ll help. You can unsubscribe from the dispatch at any time.
